Thank you for including me in your Knowledge Lab conference yesterday in Sydney. I had a couple of aha moments, which will be of benefit to the Can:Do Group going forward.
I particularly wanted to commend you on the style of conference. The sit-down stand up movements, the changing of speakers and rooms and the interactive parts created an environment where we did not get bored or uncomfortable during sessions.

So I’d describe as a group dynamic to enhance our self awareness about how our attitude and behaviors impact organizational culture.
The Blue Bus workshop was a unique experience that allowed a group of executives to identify and discuss different workplace cultures and leadership styles. It was intuitive, easy to understand and relevant across all industries and workplaces. Much of the learning came from individual contributions from participants which provided context from real life situations.
