Contrary to common belief, companies can transform the way they do business and become truly innovative. Disruptors can challenge the status quo, Sometimes in a very short time frame.
Even today, we have changed the way we work in a heartbeat. But the question is, how do we do that sustainably? How do we create a tribe? How do we embed the right principles into our culture? How can we improve or sometimes even rapidly transform the culture?
All of these questions are what keeps me up at night, what excites me about my job, and what makes me study high performance organisations and help businesses to achieve their desired outcomes.
