About Us

Knowledge Lab is purpose-led organisation. Our Purpose is to help shape a better tomorrow by helping people create a positive impact.

MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Some people believe that it is easier to kill an organisation than to change it substantially. We have a different mindset. Contrary to common belief, companies can transform the way they do business and become truly innovative. Disruptors can challenge the status quo, Sometimes in a very short time frame.
Even today, we have changed the way we work in a heartbeat. But the question is, how do we do that sustainably? How do we create a tribe? How do we embed the right principles into our culture? How can we improve or sometimes even rapidly transform the culture?

All of these questions are what keeps me up at night, what excites me about my job, and what makes me study high performance organisations and help businesses to achieve their desired outcomes.

OUR CULTURE
The Knowledge Lab team operates at a high level of trust, courage, pride, and fun!

We encourage employees to become contributing team members by bringing a little bit of themselves in and add value to the team and organization. We believe that job titles, ranks, nor backgrounds do not limit a person. With an environment where trust is present, members can take the courage and pride to fully engage. Communication is opened, being uncomfortable becomes comfortable, and failures are recognized as excellent lessons. As a team, we individually and collectively work towards becoming a better version of ourselves, all while having fun.

ABOUT OUR LOGO

Straight out of our vision board: Our Logo represents the ripple effect of change across teams and organisations. The teal circle represents the disruptor, while the yellow circles represents people or group that are about to get disrupted by our teal challenger.

This fits our overall purpose. We want to teach organisations how to be the disruptor and challenge the status quo.

The trainers at Knowledge Lab are extremely professional and they employ innovative and interactive approaches in engaging participants. This key feature was particularly important considering the diverse nature of Geregu’s team. Furthermore, the use of real-life examples and idiosyncratic thought leaders to explain leadership principles was also one of the highlights of our session as it encouraged participants to engage with the concepts and more importantly challenge their traditional ways of thinking about leadership. The training made a very good impression on all participants from Geregu and we will be happy to engage Knowledge Lab again in future.

Empathetic and understanding viewpoints from the officers allowed us to get a deeper understanding of our own startup. Looking forward to continuous partnership and insights sharing.

I attended their workshop last year. Dom was very engaging, a big thank you to them for putting so much passion in training people. The content was interesting, especially if you want to bring to your organization a fresh perspective on collaboration and teamwork. Plus it was great to connect with the other attendees, all great professional in various sectors such as consulting, banking, education and tech. Highly recommended training.

VCPO has exceptional content, both in its vision and execution. It is a breakthrough product that gave us in-depth understanding of our company's core strengths and weaknesses, and how we could maximise our productivity in a healthy and structured regime.
